Retained by clients to play a pivotal role in bridging communication between their internal client leads and cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, proactive issue resolution, and consistent progress toward project delivery goals

I work closely with clients’ executive and operational boards to align long-term strategic growth priorities and co-create cohesive growth plans

About me..

I am an experienced, laser focused Strategic Growth, MEP - Business Director and work winning specialist, with two decades working in Building Services across Greater London and the South of England, in both contracting and consultancy. I possess strong commercial business acumen and have board level leadership experience.

Currently operating as a retained Consulting Director (Client Development and Work Winning ) on a contract basis with my current key clients consisting of a well established and respected Multidisciplinary Design Engineering Consultancy Group, Sprinkler and Fire Protection Group and carefully selected tiered MEP contractors.

I work strategically with my clients executive and operational boards to manage high level relationships on their behalf, with the aim of retaining and increasing market share and securing long term commercial pipeline opportunities across a variety of sectors in the built environment.

I have wide experience, knowledge base and portfolio of high level contacts and associates in the following sectors commercial office, retrofit, mixed used regeneration, high end residential, mission critical, life science and healthcare

Throughout my career i have developed and maintained a strong and extensive portfolio of strategic and collaborative high level mutually respected relationships with Developers, Asset Managers, Architects, PQS, Consultants, Design Engineers, Main contractors, MEP delivery partners, Multi Facet Product Suppliers and Manufacturers operating in the London and wider UK Construction sectors, working on a large number of London's iconic buildings and regeneration schemes, many of my contacts have become close friends in and out of work.

To be able to capitalise on networking my portfolio and support collaboration, strengthen relationships and opportunities to deliver some of London's iconic schemes and buildings with like minded industry peers is a great feeling..
